Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic Zheenbek Kulubaev took part in the 9th Meeting of the Foreign Ministers of Central Asian countries and Russia in Moscow.
During the talks, Minister Kulubaev emphasized the strategic importance of strengthening partnership in key areas such as economy, trade, energy, transport, and ecology, as well as in enhancing regional security.
The Minister called for joint efforts to effectively respond to global challenges and threats. Particular attention was paid to the need to eliminate existing restrictions and non-tariff barriers hindering the full development of mutual trade and cargo transportation.
Following the meeting, the foreign ministers of the Central Asian countries and the Russian Federation confirmed their interest in continuing regular and trust-based exchanges of views on issues of mutual interest.
